Dr Susan Betts-Barbus
graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor. She served one year as Chief Pediatric Resident at the University of Michigan Children's Hospital in Ann
Arbor. She and her family have lived in Cadillac since 1986. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American
Academy of Pediatrics and the Michigan State Medical Society.


Dr. Gerald Herring
graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Michigan
in Ann Arbor. He also served an additional year as Chief Pediatric Resident at the University of Michigan Children's Hospital.
He and his wife have lived in Cadillac since 1990. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American
Academy of Pediatrics and the Michigan State Medical Society.


Dr. Elizabeth Rzepka-Alto
graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University
of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is a native of Cadillac and graduated from Cadillac High School. She is Board Certified
in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Angela Trucks
Dr. Trucks is the newest addition to our Pediatric staff. She graduated from the Michigan State College of Human Medicine
and completed her Pediatric Residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. She is a native of Reed City and graduated
from Reed City High School. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics
and the Michigan State Medical Society.


Mary Blackmer MSN, FNP
graduated from Michigan State University School of Nursing. She has a Clinical Masters Degree in Nursing and is Certified as
a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over thirty years experience in nursing including acute care and community health. She
and her family have lived in Cadillac since 1979.

In 2003 Mary received the
"Women Who Make a Difference" award from the Oasis Family Resource Center.

In 2004 Mary recieved the
"Spirit of the Community" award from the Cadillac Chamber of Commerce.
